Email Notifications & Quick Response Templates
The automatic email notifications will be generated when the RMA requests are created, updated, or new message received. Admin can use the pre-set quick response templates for fast and effective communication with the client.
Return Reasons, Resolutions and Package Conditions
Admin can configure flexible Magento rules for return reasons, resolutions and item conditions. Specify rules for different return periods and whether specific products are returnable or not.
Automated RMA Process
The configuration of the RMA extension can be set to automatically authorize all RMA requests and send an email confirmation to a customer. Optionally, you can configure it to auto-close the requests and move them into the archive, or assign the designated RMA manager to a new RMA request by default.
Return Labels & Shipment Tracking
Shipping labels, packing slips and tracking codes for various suppliers (UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) can be uploaded so the customer can conveniently print them out from his Account page. The return shipment tracking codes can be added both from the admin interface or the customer account.
Display Return Policy on any Page Needed
The admin can display a Return Policy on any page of the purchase process i.e. Product Pages, Shopping Cart, Checkout Page etc.
