If you are facing any issue with the extension, let us know by contacting us and we will help you out. Our support is free for 60 days. You can claim the money back within 15 Days* of the date of the fresh purchase only.
If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: You are NOT eligible for Refund even for the fresh purchased extensions.
- The refund policy hereunder applies only in case, the customer purchases the extension through the website https://codedecorator.com.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation or testing purposes.
- Before purchasing any of our extensions, please check the product Description, Screenshots, Live Demo, User Guide very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
- Refund is not applicable after 15 days from the date of your fresh purchase.
- Before requesting a refund, customer must reach us to try and solve any problem related to the extension. Contact us by creating ticket at Support and please provide us the information related to issues or bugs in our extensions.
- We handle problems as they come but it may take us up to 2-4 business days to solve the issue.
- Refunds will not be approved in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store.
- We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts with additional charges. The extension doesn’t work as claimed and you have never asked for help. In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same extension. In any case, you couldn’t claim a refund amount of more than the extension price.
- We will not refund any fee/charges/amount you paid for the Installation, Support, and Custom service.
- Purchasing extensions prior to sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for the refund.
- If you have purchased the extension from Magento Marketplace, you will need to follow their Refund policy and contact them for the refund.
- In the case of violation of the terms and conditions and the license agreement.
How do apply for a refund?
You need to contact our Customer Support Center and provide your order details after you decide to get the refund. Our Specialists will confirm the order details, check for the validation of Refund terms and process the refund. Once we finalize to process your refund, we will reverse the amount of the purchase to your Credit Card/Debit Card or Paypal account. The amount will be refunded to you within 7 business days depending on the Credit Card or Paypal services. Note that, after a refund is fulfilled, you agree to remove the concerned Magento extension(s) from your website/store. You are not allowed to redistribute, modify or resell the Magento extension in any way. You may not rent, lease, or lend the extension to anyone. We do reserve the right to monitor your activities and take any necessary action in case of any violation of our terms.
